Lumics is a privately held Utah-based corporation founded in 2015 by an MSP to provide a monitoring solution that delivered reliable visibility into the networks they managed.
This tool needed to be fast, reliable, and accurate. A user would need to be able to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and make decisions based on reliable, accurate data. Lumics also needed to be a SaaS offering that enabled engineers to engineer what they were hired to engineer…not babysit an antiquated “on prem” monitoring solution.
